Work History : I have had over 25 years experience working in community drama, education and training. One of my specialist skills is issue based drama, particularly working with people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

Personal statement : I have been working with The Twisting Ducks Theatre Company for 16  years helping our members create new work that highlights issues that are important to them and other people with learning disabilities and autistic people. I'm proud to work with our members to grow the their charity and to 'change peoples lives through the arts.'
