Apprenticeships and traineeships are flagship programmes in the skills policy agenda but there is one cohort of potential apprentices who are missing out - people with learning disabilities.
The Twisting Ducks theatre Company has addressed this gap. And have produced a film-based toolkit
to raise awareness
about the benefits of apprenticeships and traineeships
for learners with learning disabilities.
